Our Practice
Our experience enables us to offer effective outpatient, individualized, psychological care. We are child and family therapists providing a helping hand through individual and family counseling, child play therapy, and couples counseling.
Specialized training has promoted further understanding of the complexities of relationships. We see that this training has proved invaluable and believe you will too. Some of the noteworthy trainings completed are CBT, Play Therapy, Bowen Family Systems Therapy level 1, and Gottman Couple's Therapy levels 1 and 2.

Our focus is to help individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. We achieve this by providing a safe space, listening to your concerns, and customizing a treatment plan to work together towards your goals.
