We provide individual counseling, family counseling, child play therapy, and couples counseling for children, teens, and adults. Our approaches include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Play Therapy, Bowen Family Systems Therapy, and the Gottman Method (Levels 1-2) for couples.
We work with both in-network and out-of-network insurance benefits. Session fees are $200, and a sliding scale is available. Contact us to confirm whether your specific plan is in-network.
We work with children ages 6-10 using play therapy, and also see preteens, teens, and adults using talk-therapy based approaches.
Yes, we offer both in-person sessions at our Short Hills, NJ office and online telehealth sessions.
The Gottman Method is a research-based approach to couples therapy developed by Drs. John and Julie Gottman. It focuses on building communication skills, managing conflict constructively, and deepening friendship and intimacy between partners. Our providers are trained in Gottman Levels 1-2 and use these tools throughout couples counseling.
Sessions are $200, with a sliding scale available depending on need.
